Refund Policy

At Range of Massage, we are committed to providing professional mobile massage services. By purchasing services or packages from Range of Massage, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All massage services are considered fully earned once provided. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any completed massage session, regardless of client satisfaction, perceived results, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

2. Package Purchases

Clients who purchase a package of multiple massage sessions may request cancellation of any unused portion of the package, subject to the terms below.

If a package is canceled before all sessions have been used:

• Any sessions already received will be charged at the full regular, non-discounted individual session rate in effect at the time the services were provided.

• Any applicable promotions, package discounts, or special pricing will be forfeited.

• The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Amount Paid for Package − Full Regular Price of Services Already Received

If the calculation results in no remaining balance, no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Transferable Services

Unused package sessions may not be exchanged for cash, except as expressly provided in this policy. Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized in writing by Range of Massage.

4. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

Any cancellation fees, no-show fees, travel fees, or other charges incurred under Range of Massage's scheduling policies are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible package refund.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved package refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment processor.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from Range of Massage, the client agrees to first contact Range of Massage regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. This policy constitutes the agreed-upon refund terms governing all purchases.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Range of Massage operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing services, packages, memberships, gift certificates, or any other offerings from Range of Massage, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
